- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items (Temporal Artery Thermometer) prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is VA244-17-Q-1162 and it is issued as a Request for QUOTE. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular This solicitation is 100% set-aside for SDVOSB. The NAICS code is 339112. Successful offer will be the one that provides technical capabilities of the items offered to meet the needs of the government. The VA VAMC has a requirement for the Temporal Artery Thermometer as listed in the attached RFQ document. All items will be delivered to their facility as per Statement of Work/Need/RFQ/Delivery Schedule.
