- Please view the attached request for quotation (RFQ) Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Executive Suite Renovation for the Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO) at 301 7th Street, SW Washington, DC 20407 RFQ HSHQDC-17-Q-00241 The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), Departmental Operations Acquisitions Division (DOAD) has a requirement to acquire renovation services for the Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO) Executive Suite in room 3600 in the Regional Office Building (ROB) located at 301 7th Street, SW in Washington, DC. The contractor shall provide electrical, cabling, general construction and demolition services to complete the project. Services shall include but are not limited to painting, repairing, cleaning, and installing the ceiling grid, ACT, and light fixtures to align with the floor plans and address visible defects. Services shall also include lock changes, lighting upgrades, diffuser replacement, installation or relocation of data and telecomm equipment, partition construction, and the demolition of items as needed to complete the project. Offerors' quotation shall include all items and services required to complete the work. The period of performance is ninety (90) days from the notice to proceed (NTP). The magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order. This acquisition is being solicited as a women-owned small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 with a size standard of $36.5 million. The contractor shall register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov. No purchase order award shall be made to any contractor that is not registered in the SAM database. A site visit is scheduled on July 12, 2017 at 10:30 am. Offerors shall email the CO no later than 3:00 pm EST by July 11, 2017 to confirm attendance. All questions shall be submitted in writing to the contracting officer at evron.rollins@hq.dhs.gov no later than 4:00 pm EST by July 14, 2017. Quotations shall be emailed to the CO no later than 12:00 noon EST by July 25, 2017. Please view the attached RFQ.
