- SUBJECTED TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS COMBINED SYSNOPSIS/SOLICITATION ONE (1) BRAND NAME OR EQUIVALENT TO THERMO FISHER Helix SFT Noble Gas Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometer. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ Reference number G17PS00687. This solicitation will utilizes the policies contained in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)Part 12 in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation evaluation and award prescribed in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as appropriate for this acquisition. This solicitation is a 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The associated NAICS code is 334516 - Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 1,000 Employees. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for this purchase of the following commercial item: CLIN NO. 00010 - Brand Name or Equivalent to THERMO FISHER Helix SFT Noble Gas Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometer in accordance with the attached Salient Characteristics. Quantity - 1 Each. Required delivery within 90 days after award. Place of Delivery is Denver, CO 80225. Delivery shall be FOB Destination. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offeros - Commercial Items (JAN 2017), applies to this acquisition. In addition to the written quotes, offerors are instructed to provide product literature and performance references. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items (OCT 2014), applies to this acquisition. Refer to Attachment 2- Evaluation Factors for evaluation criteria to be included.
