- Poles & Posts - Riparian Enclosures - BLM - Utah / Color Country Field Office The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Utah - State seeks poles and posts for riparian enclosures. These are to be delivered to the BLM Color Country Field Office located at 176 East DL Sargent Drive Cedar City, UT 847121. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is L17PS00801 and it is a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 01-19-2017. This Request For Quote (RFQ) is being conducted under NAICS code 321999 All Other Miscellaneous Wood Product Manufacturing under which a company must have five hundred (500) or less employees to be classified as a small business under this code. This procurement is a 100% total set aside for small business under NAICS code 321999. The provision at FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors applies to this acquisition and any addenda to it are in the attached file regarding Clauses. The provision FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items is applicable to this acquisition and it and its' details are in the attached file regarding clauses. The method of source selection is lowest priced, technically acceptable (LPTA). The standard for technically acceptable is meeting the specifications. The specifications are in an attached file along with being in the line item descriptions. Whether or not a proposed product meets or does not meet the specifications is the sole decision of the BLM. All offerors must include with their quote a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items which is in the attached file referencing Clauses. All contractors wishing to do business with the federal government must have an active entry in the SAM computer system (https://www.sam.gov) and not be debarred from federal contracting. The FAR clause at 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition and any addenda to the clause are in the attached file referencing Clauses. The clause at FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition and those that apply are marked in the attached file referencing Clauses.
