- PRON: D17H0204D1. The Government proposes to acquire on a One Time Buy contract, a quantity of 17 each of a Cover Access; NSN: 5340-01-092-0882; PN: 11456621 applicable to the Patriot Weapon system. Government Tested with First Article Testing of 1 each, 75 Days after Receipt of Order (DARO) with deliveries to Fort Bliss, Texas 79916-5801. This item is open and competitive. Formal communication related to this acquisition should be directed to Siyeicea Jackson, Contract Specialist at siyeicea.jackson@dla.mil. No telephone requests will be accepted. Please include solicitation number and your direct contact information, i.e., e-mail address, mailing address, and telephone number. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. (This is the only AMSC that implies that parts are candidates for full and open competition. Other AMSCs such as K, M, N, Q, and S may imply limited competition when two or more independent sources exist yet the technical data package is inadequate for full and open competition. Adequate technical data is available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS DATA THAT CANNOT BE RELEASED EXCEPT TO GOVERNMENT AGENCIES. NO DOCUMENTATION IS BEING RELEASED WITH THIS SOLICITATION.
