- RFI Response and Site Visit Sign-in Sheet Amendment has been issued as of 6 July 2017 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS CONCERN SET-ASIDE This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is being solicited in accordance with SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE HSCG82-17-B-PAT002. SUMMARY OF WORK: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials and supervision necessary to renovate and transform Medical/Dental Clinics, and to perform Major M&R Medical/Dental Clinic Aviation Training Center, Mobile, Alabama. All fixtures, material and equipment must be manufactured in the US. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the specifications project number: 7088488, Conceptual Drawings (S247088488 (G001 – 003; G100; S301; A101-A108; A201 –A205; A301;A501-A503; A601; A901-A902; P101-P102; P401; P601; P901; M101-M105; M601-M604; M901; E101-E102; E105, E107; E601-E602; T101-T102), and the contract. LOCATION: U.S. Aviation Training Center, Mobile, AL, 8501 Tanner Williams Rd, Mobile, Alabama 33608-8322 Proposal Due Date/ Time: July 13, 2017 at 2:00 PM EST Respective Offerors shall review all documents closely upon receipt of this announcement. NOTICE OF ORGANIZED SITE VISIT: IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 52.236-27 PARAGRAPH (b) AND (c), SITE VISIT (CONSTRUCTION) (FEB 1995) ALTERNATE I (Feb 1995): (b) An organized site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at 1:00pm CST. (c) Participants will meet at the 8501 Tanner Williams Rd, Mobile, Alabama 33608-8322 All participants must send an email to Mr. Ronald Confer at ronald.a.confer@uscg.mil no later than 1:00 p.m. CST on 23 June 2017 with all personnel full names, company name, and a good contract number so your company can gain access to the location. Offers are requested to review this IFB as soon as possible upon receipt. Request for Information (RFI) is due no later than 9 am EDT on 3 July 2016 to the Government Point of Contact (POC) listed below. Offerors must reference the section(s) and paragraph(s) per respective document in the solicitation that coincides with their question(s). Any RFI’s received after this dated the Government cannot guarantee an answer. A final amendment with questions and answers will be issued approximately 5 days prior to the proposal due date.
