- Wage Rates FAR Clauses SF-18 Drawing Statement of Work This is replacing RFQ 21-17-817PCV865 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for prepared in accordance FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 36. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Base Elizabeth City intends to award Replacement of Garage Door, USCG Base Elizabeth City, NC. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested under number 2317817PEB865. The NAICS code is 238390. The small business size standard is $15.0 Million. Magnitude of Proposed Construction Project is between $10,000 - $20,000. This resultant contract from this solicitation will be firm fixed price. All Offerors must be registered with the System Award Management (SAM) per FAR-7, System Award Management. Offerors who are not registered with SAM may be considered nonresponsive and will not be considered in the evaluation. See Request for Quote and attachments for specific information regarding this solicitation. The date and time set for receipt of offer is July 14, 2017, no later than 02:00PM, Eastern Time.
