- Questionnaire QASP TO 1 Solicitation This is a non-personnel services contract to provide the Return of Native American Remains. The Army National Military Cemeteries (ANMC) received requests to disinterment, interment, and return the remains of Tribal children buried at the Carlisle Barracks Post Cemetery (CBPC) in Carlisle, PA.
