- Apx Map of Location Request For Information and Sources Sought Video Production and Large Video Displays FA486117RB702 This is a Request For Information (RFI) and Sources Sought. The 99th ABW is in search of the following services to be performed on Nellis AFB, NV. Responses shall include all capabilities, specifications, and suggested configurations for equipment that will be provided NAICS : 512199, Other Motion Picture and Video Industries CLIN 0001 - Video Production with Two (2) Large LCD displays: Furnish, assemble, and remove the following items/tasks - Specialized in aeronautical video support and "live stream" coverage and video support. - Provide two (2) apx. 16' x 27' high resolution screens, self-contained on trucks for easy set up and teardown. Production capabilities with multiple cameras at least three that will "live stream" to the large screen displays. - Must have the capabilities and source to live stream the entire air show and special spots/segments globally. - Provide a DVD of the entire show to the Nellis Public Affairs office and one full copy for future use. Performance Location: Nellis AFB, NV 89191 **Please see attached map of location** The purpose of this RFI/Source Sought is for market research purposes only to refine requirement Statement of Work details and to identify potential vendors able to provide the requested services. Please provide technical input on initial requested configuration and additional details to support alternative setup/configurations for similar results requested. In addition, please include all that would be commercially included and provided with this type of service and support. Technical suggestions, information, and vendor capability data are due on, 21 July 2017, at 10:00am PST. Offers submitted electronically via email will only be considered for this requirement.
