- The USPFO for California intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Trailblazer Innovations, Inc. to provide the following HHTS Tracking System packages. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334511 with a small business size standard of 1250 employees. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 8.405-6; Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within five (5) calendar days from the date of the publication of this notice. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail, to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement on a brand name or equal basis including submitting specifications for an equal product. Required equipment is: 1 each, HHTS Tracking System Package, PN: TBI-HHTS-PKG-00-101 and freight from manufacturer to Mather, CA 95655.
