Description
The Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS), Billings, Montana, Office of Environmental Health and Engineering, intends to award a non-competitive purchase order with TMA Systems, LLC, 5100 East Skelly Drive, Suite 900, Tulsa, Oklahoma, for Implementation and Training for the WebTMA systems software for the Blackfeet Service Unit, Blackfeet Hospital, Browning, Montana, and the Fort Belknap Service Unit, Fort Belknap Urgent Care Facility, Harlem, Montana. The total amount of the purchase order will be $46,377.92. The IHS, in 2007, standardized on the web based version of TMA systems software as its computerized maintenance management system for facilities operations and bio-medical equipment operations. This was for efficiency, consistency, cost effectiveness, safety of the medical devices, accreditation, etc. As per attached memo from IHS headquarters dated July 02, 2010, All IHS operated facilities and bio-medical operations must finalize their conversion to WebTMA standard by December 2010. This procurement will be conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures; and FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The purchase order shall be for the calendar year of July 03, 2017 to June 30, 2018. Any qualified business that believes it can meet the requirements may give a written notice to the Contracting Officer by July 21, 2017, 2:00pm MST. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements listed. Also provide specifics which determine that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses will be evaluated, however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurement actions. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the sole source acquisition with TMA Systems, LLC.
