- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to The Mathworks Inc., 3 Apple Hill Drive Natick, MA 01760. The requirement is for additional components and group license maintenance for previously purchased MatLab software available only from The MathWorks. MATLAB is a programming environment for algorithm development, data analysis, visualization, and numerical computation. MATLAB is used to solve technical computing problems faster than with traditional programming languages, such as C, C++, and Fortran. MATLAB is used in a wide range of applications, including signal and image processing, communications, control design, test and measurement, modeling, and analysis.
