- Amendment 0002 Amendment 0002 has been posted to answer questions received. Please note, there is no Amendment 0001. Amendment 0002 is the only Amendment that has been released by the Government for this procurement. The Regional Contracting Office MCIWEST, Marine Corp Base, Camp Pendleton, CA will be posting a solicitation for Level III Motorcycle Training on 29 June 2017. The anticipated procurement will be a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order. Set-aside Status: 100% Small Business Set-aside The purpose of this requirement is to provide current traffic safety training to service members to comply with MCO 5100.19, which establishes the authority of the Traffic Safety Program Manager to determine course content, structure, and subject matter relevance to the traffic safety training objectives. This regulation may be revised due to legal or regulatory changes, new technologies, or other factors and it is the Government's intention to incorporate regulatory changes under this contract as required. The contractor shall provide for traffic safety training at the installations listed below: Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton CA Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms CA
