- SOURCES SOUGHT INFORMATION FORM (ILLINOIS YOUTH TEEN ADVENTURE CAMP) NAICS Code: 713990 Youth Teen Adventure Camp Brief Description: 1.0 PURPOSE. The Illinois National Guard provides teambuilding, resiliency and leadership opportunities for Military Dependents. Camps conducted throughout the state are funded by outside vendors who target younger kids for their camps. This camp will target the youth population and challenge them to perform activities and events at a more advanced level. The camp will host a teen camp ages six on up that has the full capability of providing trained staff and equipment to meet the needs of the program. This camp will foster the development of life skills and avocations. The camp must be able to have the capacity to function August 07- August 11. Camp Participants from 80 to 100. The camp must be no more than 75 miles from Waterloo, IL. Interested firms please respond with this information form and the following requested information.
