- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Dugway Proving Ground (DPG) is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB), to award a single, firm fixed-price contract for Repair Exhaust System Combined Chemical Lab Facility, Rooms 77 & 78, Building 4156 (DPG), UT Project magnitude estimated between $ 100,000 and $ 250,000. The NAICS code is 236220 and the size standard is $36.5M. This acquisition will be procured pursuant to the requirements in FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding. Closing date is August 23, 2017. A pre-proposal site visit meeting will be held at Dugway, Utah, and the exact date, time and location is noted in solicitation. This solicitation is a 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns only; no large business bids will be accepted for this procurement. The firm must be small business under relevant North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code and the must be registered and current in www.sam.gov Period of Performance 120 days from issued of Notice to Proceed. The solicitation will be available by download only. Downloads are available only through the Federal Business Opportunities - FedBizOpps - website at http://www.fbo.gov. Amendments will be available from the FedBizOpps website by download only. It is the responsibility of all potential offerors to monitor these sites for release of any future notices and/or release of the solicitation and amendments thereto.
