- Amendment 002 issued to P17PS01642 for the following: 1) Extend/change the period of performance to 09/01/2017 ¿ 10/13/2017 2) Contractor shall furnish, install and remove all necessary materials to mask building equipment and furnishings from overspray. Photograph of areas with furnishings that require masking are included. 3) Work to headquarters building has been removed. 4) Site Visit has been added for July 14, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. MDT. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The National Park Service contemplates award of a firm fixed price contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation to the vendor; providing the best value to the Government. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Quote (RFQ) P17PS01642. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95 and are available in full text through Internet access at http:// www.acquisition.gov/far/. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238310 and the small business size standard is $15M. This Acquisition may result in a firm fixed price contract. The acquisition is in support of Grand Teton National Park and is for the Headquarters and Grand Teton Association Building. The Service Contract Act of 1965 Wage Determination Rates applies to this project. Wage Determination Rates are attached.
