- THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS OWNED FIRMS. The U.S. Geological Survey, Reston, VA, anticipates an award of a firm fixed price contract for daily courier/messenger services in the Washington DC Metro area, to include delivery to various consulates, embassies and the State Department. The solicitation will be issued on or about July 12, 2017. All information for this solicitation will be posted on www.fbo.gov and www.fedconnect.gov. Hardcopies will not be available. Performance period is expected to be one year with 4 one year option periods with a base year start date of 09/01/2017.
