- All: 1. 3T Federal Solutions has been awarded based on best value to the government for line Item 5 ESTRADIOL 35/NORELGEST 150MCG/24HR PATCH. National Drug Code (NDC) of awarded vendor was 00378-3340-53. IAW FAR 15.506 (e)(3), unit prices are not disclosed as those are considered commercial and financial information that is privileged or confidential and is also prohibited from disclosure by FAR 24.202 (a), as vendor unit prices are part of quote per this section. On this basis, total award amount is not shared, as this would reveal unit price of vendor, since all of same item, and thus conflicting with FAR 24.202(a). 2. Marathon Medical has been awarded based on best value to the government for line Item 3 ESTRADIOL 0.0375MG/DAY (EQV-VIVELLE-DOT) (E0651) National Drug Code (NDC) of awarded vendor was 00781-7138-83. IAW FAR 15.506 (e)(3), unit prices are not disclosed as those are considered commercial and financial information that is privileged or confidential and is also prohibited from disclosure by FAR 24.202 (a), as vendor unit prices are part of quote per this section. On this basis, total award amount is not shared, as this would reveal unit price of vendor, since all of same item, and thus conflicting with FAR 24.202(a).
