- The purpose of this amendment is to amend the following in the Statement of Work (SOW): The purpose of this amendment is to amend the following in the Statement of Work (SOW): 1. SOW to change from "demolition of existing sheetrock and replace with new"...to read "leave existing sheetrock in place on walls and ceiling, cover with vapor barrier and new 5/8" sheetrock placed over old sheetrock and barrier..." 2. Any existing holes in sheetrock to be filled-in/repaired prior to new sheetrock being installed. 3. SOW; remove language that states the windows get new glazing, and replace with "replace old windows (4@ 31 1/2 X 60) with new, low-e windows with a U-factor of 0.40 or less AND an SHGC of 0.25 or less..."
