- SOLICITATION W912DR17Q0006 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District, is looking for a SQL expert with thorough knowledge of the Corps of Engineers Financial Management System (CEFMS) tables and the data contained in the tables. We are looking for someone with at least 10 years' experience using CEFMS tables. The expert should also have a thorough understanding of the process for creating reports in USACE's Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), including the creation of Dynamic Lists of Values and USACE's process for migration from Development to Production databases. The expert must be able to commute to the Baltimore District Headquarters (10 South Howard Street, Baltimore, MD 21201) Monday-Friday except on Federal Holidays and during Building Closures.
