- The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center has a requirement to procure shipboard furniture for the USCGC EAGLE. Furniture to be procured includes 3-high Berthing, Crew lockers, privacy screens, stanchion sets, sub-base lockers, 2-high berthing and sub-base lockers. Furniture shall be manufactured in accordance with NAVSEA Drawings 804-5959312, S3306-921770, and 3306-29. Specific details and quantities are identified in the attached Request for Quotation Package. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to the U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226-5000. The NAICS code for this requirement is 337127 with a size standard of 500 employees. This is a total small business set aside. Delivery shall be no later than December 1, 2017. Interested sources are required to submit a completed and signed RFQ package and past performance information as identified in the RFQ submission requirements. Quotations shall be emailed to the Contracting Officer at Kelly.A.Wyatt@uscg.mil by the date and time established for receipt of quotations.
