- DLA Land & Maritime is preparing to solicit NSN: 5950006202911, Transformer, Power, for an Indefinite Quantity long-term contract. Item is a spare part, where there are only three approved manufacturers: Stac Energy Products Co (83008), OECO, LLC (95266), and Superior Electric Holding Group (58474). DLA Land & Maritime does NOT have any technical data with which to procure these items. The purpose of this synopsis is to locate sources interested in becoming approved sources. The solicitation will be synopsized separately at a later date. Interested sources may submit the appropriate information outlined in DLAD Procurement Note L04 Offers for Part Numbered Items (SEP 2016) and M06 Evaluation of Offers for Part Numbered Items (SEP 2016), until the solicitation synopsis closes. Under this provision, the paragraph for "no data" applies. The agency has no data with which to evaluate alternate products. Please read about all of the information required before submitting an alternate offer. Responses must be sent to John Hutcheson via email at john.hutcheson@dla.mil. Respondents to this sources sought synopsis will be notified via email when the solicitation requirements are synopsized.
