- JOFOC The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service (GPAIHS) is planning a sole-source award with Morris Systems, Inc. to provide monthly license support for the M-32 Materials Management and E-Order Electronic Requisitioning System Software at the Sioux San IHS Hospital, Rapid City, South Dakota. Morris Systems, Inc. is the developer and owner of the Software. The period of performance will be a 10/1/2017 thru 9/30/2020. BASE YEAR: 10/1/2017 - 9/30/2018 OPTION YEAR ONE: 10/1/2018 - 9/30/2019 OPTION YEAR TWO: 10/1/2019 - 9/30/2020 Attached is a Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1).
