- THIS ACQUISITION IS FOR NATIVE OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE UNDER THE BUY INDIAN ACT (25 U.S.C.) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation A17PS00915 is a Request for Quotations. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. NAICS Code 337214. This procurement is being set aside 100% for Native American Owned businesses in accordance with the Buy Indian Act Regulations/Notice of Indian small business Economic Enterprise set aside 1452.280-1 (DIAR Clause) Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror, whose quotation is conforming to the requirements herein, will be most advantageous to the Government, and is fair and reasonable. PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE SOLICITATION THOROUGHLY. ATTACHMENTS: 1. BID SCHEDULE WITH SPECIFICATION Quotes to be submitted in accordance with the attached list of specification.
