- Civil Sheet Construct Drainage MEPS SOW Drawings Existing General Conditions Irrigation System Bldg 5411 New Drainage Wage Determinations MA170015 FA6606-17-R-0014 Solicitation Construct Drainage Project YTPM 15-0002, Construct Drainage MEPS, Bldg 5411 at Westover Air Reserve Base, Chicopee, MA. This acquisition is anticipated to be issued as a Firm Fixed Price contract with a performance period of one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. This project is being solicited as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The small business size standard applicable to this project is $36,500,000.00 and the NAICS (North American Industrial Classification System) Code for this solicitation is 237110. This project consists of, but not limited to the furnishing of all plant, labor, equipment, supervision and all miscellaneous requirements necessary for the installation of an underground drainage system at Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) Bldg 5411. Additional requirements include re-grading existing soil around the facility and redirecting surface water run-off to new leaching drains and basins in order to eliminate flooding and water infiltration into the facility and sidewalk access points. All work shall be completed in conformance with applicable drawings, specifications and details. There will be an organized site visit planned for this solicitation on 20 July 2017 at 10:00 AM EST. Attendees are requested to notify this office 24 hours in advance. Attendees must meet at the Visitor Center, Westover Air Reserve Base, Chicopee, MA 01022-1507 AT LEAST 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled time. It is in the best interest of the government to schedule work prior to signing the Notice to Proceed. In accordance with the FAR 36.204 and DFARS 236.204, the estimated magnitude of construction is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This project is not subject to any statutory cost limitation. There is no Government Furnished Property supplied for this project. Prior to supplying a proposal, interested offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). Firms can register via the SAM internet web-site at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. If the offeror has a Joint Venture (JV), the JV must have a valid SAM registration in the SAM database representing the JV as one business/firm/entity. If at the time of award an offeror is not successfully and actively registered in the SAM database, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective offeror. The solicitation including the statement of work, wage rates, general condition, specifications and drawings are posted at this site for review and download. All contractors and subcontractors interested in this project must register at this site https://www.fbo.gov. It is the offerors responsibility to check the website periodically for any amendments to the solicitation.
