- Specs SOW FBI Synopsis General Services Administration - Sole Source Synopsis The General Services Administration has a new requirement that it intends to sole source for New Steelcase and Mayline Office Furniture from Officescapes, LLC a local dealer in Colorado. The solicitation will be available for electronic download at no charge from the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 4:30 p.m. local time on July 21, 2017. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. NAICS Code 423210 - Furniture Merchant Wholesalers Size Standard is 100 employees. Contractor is to furnish all material, labor, equipment, and supervision to accomplish FBI Furniture located in Denver, CO. Project includes a complete furniture solution for the workspace is expected to be adjustable, adaptable and easily interchangeable into different configurations as required by the work force. Various needs for reconfiguration will be determined by collaborative demands of projects, personal employee habits, increasing mobility of workforce, technology changes, and other factors.
