IAW the following Approved Sources & Part Numbers: Atec, Inc. DBA 09552 P/N AHT56041‐1. This Solicitation is unrestricted, Other than full and open competition under statutory authority 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1). This is a Critical Application Item. I/A: Destination FOB: Origin The Guaranteed Minimum of 2 each is applicable to the base period only.
