- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR SERVICES PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6 AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. THE SOLICITATION NUMBER IS HSCG30-17-Q-PCV905. THIS COMBINED SYNOPSIS CONSTITUTES A SOLICITATION AND INCORPORATES PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES IN EFFECT THROUGH FEDERAL ACQUISITION CIRCULAR 2017. THIS ACQUISITION IS SET ASIDE SMALL BUSINESS. THE NAICS IS 335122. U.S. Coast Guard Sector Detroit needs Twenty (20) two foot T8/T12 lamps, Five-Hundred (500) four foot T8/T12 lamps, Twenty (20) eight foot T8/T12 lamps, Five-Hundred (500) U-Shape lamps, Forty (40) Bi-Pin CFL replacement lamps, Ninety (90) forty watt corncob LED lamps, Twenty (20) one-hundred watt Corncob LED lamps, Four (4) wall Packs, and Ten (10) regular screw-in type LED lamps. - Current retrofitted lamps used in Sector are as follows, we require the same or an exact equivalent so we do not need to rewire fixtures differently from already retrofitted fixtures: o ETI T8 9W two foot LED tube part number 54256141 o ETI T8 15W four foot LED tube part number 54296141 o WESTINGHOUSE T8 eight foot LED tube part number 43T8/96"/40 o NEPTUN Retrofit U-Lamp part number LED-UBT8-88020-UNV-841 o iGLO forty watt corn cob LED lamp base E39 part number GL40WCCSN6000KU0X o iGLO one-hundred watt corn cob LED lamp base E39 part number GL100WCCSN6000KNOX o KOBI Bi-pin LED lamp part number PL-440-RPP-GX23 NO K5Q2 o OMNI series K6M4 ten watt lamp part number A19-60-40 o HOWARD wall pack 03814 part number MWP-150-PS-4T - All Lamps need to be 4100K color scale or as close as possible. - Lamps also need to be lamps that have the ballast built in each lamp, so no additional LED driver is required for each fixture. All lights must be driverless, and be required to be hard wired to the lamp holders. - Wall packs must be that exact model, or have exact appearance, as it is what we have for all of our wall packs on base to keep consistency with the rest of the base. Must be die-cast aluminum housing with hinged door frame, textured bronze with borosilicate molded glass lens, ½ conduit access, sides, top, and rear knockouts, photocell adaptable and UL listed for wet locations.14.2 inches width by 9.29 inches wide, and 7.13 inches deep.
