- Description: TITLE: WIRE ROPE ASSEMBLY SOLICITATION: SPE4A6-17-R-0688 NSN: 4010-01-259-4267 DLA DIRECT (STOCK); FFP COMMERCIAL: No CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM: Yes CRITICAL SAFETY ITEM: No This solicitation will be issued as other than full and open competition. Item is not coded as commercial. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the solicitation.
