- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a Software Capable of Generating Site Specific Gulf of Mexico Metocean Criteria for BSEE, in accordance with FAR Part 13, "Simplified Acquisition Procedures". The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88. It is the Offeror ¿s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 511210, Software Publishers with small business size standard of $38.5 million. This procurement is not a Total Small Business Set-Aside and all qualified businesses may submit a quotation in response to this solicitation. Any quotation that is submitted by a contractor that is a small or large business will be accepted for consideration. The complete solicitation package is included as an attachment to this notice. The attachments can be retrieved by accessing the following website and inputting the RFQ No. E17PS00111 in the reference field: https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect/PublicPages/PublicSearch/Public_Opportunities.aspx The RFQ includes the following attachments: Section 1 - Pricing, Section 2 - Statement of Work/Requirements, Section 3 - General Terms and Conditions, Section 4 - Quotation Preparation Instructions, Section 5 - Evaluation, and Section 6 -Attachments. The place of performance for the anticipated contract will be at the Contractor ¿s site. Offers are due to be received at the time and place identified in section 4 of the RFQ.
