The Cover Page now reads as: ALONGSIDE AIRCRAFT REFUELING SERVICES NB CORONADO, CA SOLICITATION SPE600-17-R-0522 TO BE TIMELY, OFFERS MUST BE RECEIVED AT DLA ENERGY BY July 7, 2017 NOT LATER THAN 3:00 P.M., LOCAL FT. BELVOIR, VA TIME 3) Revise Section E-0004 ENERGY QAP E22.01 QUALITY REPRESENTATIVE (DLA ENERGY JUL 1992) The Quality Office assigned inspection responsibility under this contract is DLA Energy America West. 4)Revise Section L-005 L198 PREPROPOSAL CONFERENCE (SERVICES) (DLA ENERGY FEB 2009). The Section now reads: DATE TIME LOCATION April 18, 2017 0900 HRS NB Coronado, CA 5) Revise Section IV - Past Performance Questionnaire. Completed Past Performance Questionnaires are to be submitted to Joy Mack at Joy.Mack@dla.mil. 6) Provide a revised copy of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please see PWS dated 16 Jun 2017 7) All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
