- REQUEST FOR QUOTE List of Configurations COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION #: N00178-17-Q-0070 Su bmitted by: Sharon Kharab NAI CS Code: 334111 FSC Code: 7021 Anticipated Date to be published in FBO: 27 June 2017 Anticipated Closing Date: 12 July 2017 Contracts POC Name: Sharon Kharab Telephone#: 540-653-5569 Email Address: sharon.kharab@navy.mil Code and Description: 70 – AUTOMATIC DATA PROCESSING, SOFTWARE, SUPPLIES AND SUPPORT EQUIPMENT This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis/Solicitation N00178-17-Q-0070 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis to HID Evolution, a quantity of 8 EVOC Z270 Desktop computers, to be custom built. HID Evolution is located in La Habra, California. Please include shipping/freight cost to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Quote is due 12 July 2017, no later than 1:00 p.m. EST with an anticipated award date by 12 August 2017.
