- Synopsis W9124M-17-B-0004 The scope of the subject project is to reconstruct the failing sections of taxiways and aprons at Wright Army Airfield which are currently inadequate to meet the strength requirements to sustain a C-130 Aircraft. Specifically Taxiways A, B & C and Aprons West, Main and East will all be reconstrcted to meet the structural requirements to support a C-130 Aircraft. The Scope includes, but is not limited to, full depth removal of the existing sub-standard paving and full depth replacement to meet the mission requirements of the C-130 Aircraft. The work scope is phased to allow the airport to remain active throughout construction activities.
