Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. No funds are available to pay for the preparation of responses to this announcement. Any information submitted by the respondents to this notices is strictly voluntary. DLA Maritime-Mechanicsburg is preparing to solicit a 5-year Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ - See FAR 16.504.) Anticipated Contract Structure is 2 Year Base Period, plus 3 option periods. NAICS code 336611 applies. NSN: 2090 01-573-7201 Description: TILE, BLANK, 24X36 Estimated Yearly Quantity: 2,026 Approved Source/Cage Code/Reference Number: Marine Polymers, 1K3G5, EB4461STD1 - BLANK The following AMC/AMSC applies to the above NSN. AMC 3 = Acquire directly from actual manufacturer. AMSC Y = The design of this part is unstable. Engineering, manufacturing, or performance characteristics indicate that the required design objectives have not been achieved. Major changes are contemplated because the part has a low process yield or has demonstrated marginal performance during tests or service use. These changes will render the present part obsolete and unusable in its present configuration. Limited acquisition from the present source is anticipated pending present configuration changes.
