- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research. This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential vendors, including Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Own Small Business (SDVOSB) vendors relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 335999. The Hines VA Medical Center in Hines, IL has a need for brand name only or equal Eaton 1200 Amps, 18 Circuits Main Breaker. Engineering Service needs a 1200 Amps, 18 Circuits, Fully Rated, 208Y/120V 3Ph 4W, Copper Bus, 65k AIC, NGS 3P Main Breaker (Bottom Fed) to support a temporary kitchen for direct support of patient care needs. Specifications/salient characteristics: Main Distribution Panelboard (MDP); or equal. 1200 Amp, NGS 3P Main Breaker (1 each) 310+LS Adj. Trip Unit, NG Frame, Included (1 each) 100 Amp, 3P ED Branch Breaker (3 each) 150 Amp, 3P ED Branch Breaker (1 each) 200 Amp, 3P ED Branch Breaker (2 each) Surge Protective Device, 250 kA SPD Series - Standard with Breaker (1) Copper Main Bus, 1200 Amps (1 each) Panel Nameplate - White with Black Letters (1 each) NEMA Type 3R Enclosure: RPCB3673 (1 each) Must be bottom fed (1 each) Must be surface mounted (1 each) Must be outdoor construction (1 each) All interested firms who can meet the requirements stated above should respond, in writing, INCLUDING ALL THE FOLLOWING: Company name.
