- Pre-Award Source Qualification Requirements Package THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. ANTICIPATED RELEASE OF RFP IS 15 July 2017. THIS ACQUISTION APPROACH WILL BE FULL AND OPEN COMPETITON. THIS WILL BE A 5 YEAR FIRM- FIXED PRICE CONTRACT WITH FIVE ONE YEAR ORDERING PERIODS FOR THE FOLLOWING: In order to propose on this acquisition, all vendors must submit a Pre-Award Qualification requirements and be approved. We anticipate that this will be a price only competition among the qualified vendors. Technical Data Package will be posted when solicitation is uploaded.
