Visit www.fbo.gov to see the solicitation and associated documents in full. A site visit is scheduled for June 29, 2017 at 10:00am EST time. The location of the site visit is IN032, 601 W. Armory PL., Scottsburg, IN 47170-2175. Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later than July 6, 2017 at 4:00pm CST in order to ensure a timely response is provided by the solicitation dosing date. Telephone, written or electronic requests for hard copies of the solicitation documents will be discouraged. Parties interested in the solicitation should access www.fbo.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. Solicitation is for non-personal services. Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform Custodial Services at Facility IN032 located in Scottsburg, IN; in accordance with the performance work statement, task and frequency charts, and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor will furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the Performance Work Statement. The Period of Performance is 01 August 2017 through 31 July 2018 with four (4), one-year options. This procurement is Set Aside as Woman Owned Small Business under the NAICS code 561720 with a size standard of $18.0 Million.
