- Synopsis No telephone requests will be accepted. Direct your requests and communication to: ATTN: DLA-AHAB, CLARISSA COONEY, Contract Specialist, via email clarissa.cooney@dla.mil. For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number. PRON: AX7F0512AX. The Government proposes to acquire, on a Five Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) contract, a minimum quantity of 75 each up to a maximum of 375 each of a VALVE ASSY, AUXILIAR, NSN: 1560-01-399-5104, Part Number: 70651-03300-102, applicable to the UH-60 Blackhawk Weapon System. Production Lead Time (PLT) without First Article Testing is 75 each, 270 Days after Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year: 75 each, 2nd Year: 75 each, 3rd Year: 75 each, 4th Year: 75 each, 5th Year: 75 each. This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation., Cage Code: 78286 and Eaton Corporation, Cage Code: 99643. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version DoDSTD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470.
