- Synopsis No telephone requests will be accepted. Direct your requests and communication to: ATTN: DLA-AHAB, CLARISSA COONEY, Contract Specialist, via email clarissa.cooney@dla.mil. For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number. PRON: AX7F0531AX. The Government proposes to acquire, on a Firm Fixed Price, 5 Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a minimum quantity of 1 up to a maximum quantity of 5 a SUPPORT,STRUCTURALC; NSN: 1560-015-825-656; Part Number: 70200-53000-572, applicable to the BE UH-60 Blackhawk weapon system. Production Lead Time (PLT) without First Article Testing is 1 each, 203 Days after Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to Corpus Christi, TX 78419-5255. Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year: 1 each, 2nd Year: 1 each, 3rd Year: 1 each, 4th Year: 1 each, 5th Year: 1 each. This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (Cage Code: 78286). This part must be acquired directly from the manufacturer. The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS DATA WHICH IS CONSIDERED CRITICAL TECHNOLOGY AND HAS BEEN RESTRICTED FOR RELEASE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES.
