- The U.S. Department of State, Office of Acquisition Management (AQM) intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order for representational furnishings to Bolier and Company, LLC. The proposed purchase order is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This specific product was chosen for its technical design application, functionality, quality, aesthetic (color and style), and no other product will meet the requirement. The specific design features meet stringent representational standards. The specific design features coordinate with the unique architectural details, the environment, and the existing conditions of the Chief of Mission Residence in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.
