- Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), ICEX 2018, Ice Camp Air Charter Services to UWDC Detachment Arctic Submarine Laboratory Request for Information (RFI) for USTRANSCOM, ICEX 2018, Ice Camp Air Charter Services to Undersea Warfighting Development Center (UWDC) Detachment Arctic Submarine Laboratory, Fixed and Rotary Wing Chartered Passenger Airlift (NAICS 481411) The United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) Acquisition Directorate (TCAQ) is conducting market research to assist in further defining its requirement and determining Small Business participation for Ice Exercise (ICEX) 2018, Ice Camp Air Charter Services in support of the Undersea Warfighting Development Center (UWDC) Detachment Arctic Submarine Laboratory. The Contractor shall provide sufficient qualified labor and materials to fulfill the requirements of this DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS). This RFI is being issued for informational and planning purposes. Information gathered under this RFI will be used as market research. This means that information provided will be used exclusively within USTRANSCOM to facilitate decision making and will only be disclosed to the stakeholders of the requirement. This announcement is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor a solicitation of any kind. USTRANSCOM is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals for this requirement. This notice should not be construed as a commitment of any type by the Government to take or not take any action. Please note USTRANSCOM will not be responsible for any costs incurred by any entity which provides and/or attempts to provide information in response to this RFI.
