- Atch 2 - Terms and Conditions Atch 1 - Offeror Reps and Certs Atch 3 - T&C's Statutes or Executive Orders This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. FAR Part 13 procedures are being utilized. The Government reserves the right to award without discussion. The RFQ has the following line items: Base Effort - 1 Oct 2017 - 20 Sept 2018 CLIN 0001 - INSPEC Database with Unlimited Concurrent Users Option 1 - 1 Oct 2018 - 20 Sept 2019 CLIN 0002 - INSPEC Database with Unlimited Concurrent Users Option 2 - 1 Oct 2019 - 20 Sept 2020 CLIN 0003 - INSPEC Database with Unlimited Concurrent Users Option 3 - 1 Oct 2020 - 20 Sept 2021 CLIN 0004 - INSPEC Database with Unlimited Concurrent Users Option 4 - 1 Oct 2021 - 20 Sept 2022 CLIN 0005 - INSPEC Database with Unlimited Concurrent Users Quotes must price each line item independently. Interested vendors must provide responses to this solicitation by Tuesday, 27 July 2017 by 5pm Eastern Time. The vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable quote. The Government intends to award without discussions: however, the Governmetn reserves the right to enter into discussions if deterimined necessary by the Contracting officer. The Government reserves the right to not make an award at all. See the attached provisions and clauses for terms and conditions.
