- Description
- The U. S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center, Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD), intends to award a sole source one-year extension to contract no. D12PC00481 with Zeiders Enterprises, LLC to continue providing Personal Financial Counseling (PFC) services for the Department of Defense (DoD), Office of the Office of the Deputy Assistance Secretary of Defense (ODASD), Force Education & Training Office. The one-year extension will continue to provide accredited personal life cycle financial management counseling services to military service members and their families through the PFC program while the requirement is being recompeted. The one-year extension is from August 15, 2017 through August 14, 2018. The one-year contract extension will be awarded under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, and will be a performance-based acquisition for commercial services under FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation, in conjunction with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items.
