- Notice of Intent to Sole Source: Home Oxygen delivery for the Lebanon VA Medical Center. The purpose of this synopsis is to notify the public of the intent of the Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA to proceed on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2 and Subpart 13.106- 1(b) to prepare a bridge contract to deliver home oxygen to Veterans for four months for the Lebanon VA Medical Center, located in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. The bridge contract will be for the incumbent contractor, American Home Medical Equipment Company. It is imperative that patient care not be interrupted and therefore the attached J&A was prepared and approved under the Authority FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
