- Sources Sought Detail (Word Document) for DISA MPSS and I.T. Services Delivery Satisfaction Survey Support Services. The DISA Mission Partner Engagement Office (MPEO) is seeking information for potential sources for delivering feedback for the purposes of a potential contemplated re-compete for contract # HC1028-12-F-0092, held by Gartner, Incorporated, Stamford, Connecticut. The contract is for enhancing and optimizing service provisioning, through Satisfaction Survey Support Services, for the Defense Information Systems Agency's (DISA) two main service areas. DISA's Network Services (NS) includes telecommunications, satellite linkage, and networks as primary avenues to deliver information and communication capabilities. The second service area centers on Computing and Hosting of information technology (IT). Customers for each of these venues are global with diversified missions.
