- Copy Paper for EPA Cincinnati This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Cincinnati, OH requires Boise 054922 Aspen 100, 100% Post-Consumer Recycled Content Office Paper, 92 Bright, 20 lb, 8 ½ x 11 (letter), White, 440 Cartons (11 pallets) Ten Reams of 500 Sheets each, total of 5,000 sheets per Carton. FOB Destination in accordance with the specifications and procedures outlined below. This acquisition will be subject to full and open competition and will be processed in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 322121 with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. The paper shall be the specific brand with the following specifications: Boise 054922 Aspen 100, 100% Post-Consumer Recycled Content Office Paper, 92 Bright, 20 lb, 8 ½ x 11 (letter), White, 440 Cartons (11 pallets) Ten Reams of 500 Sheets each, total of 5,000 sheets per Carton. No other paper brand will be accepted. An Ability One waiver has already been approved. Please see the attached Brand Name Justification. The solicitation number is RFQ-OH-17-00148 and is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, effective 19 Jan 2017.
