- The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), located at Ft. Lee, VA, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a firm fixed price (FFP) contract. All responsible small businesses may submit a proposal in response to the solicitation, once issued. The purpose of this procurement is for upgrade of existing Automated Physical Access Control System (APACS), Closed Circuit Television System (CCTV) and Audio/Video Surveillance System located at DCMA Albuquerque - Kirtland AFB. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). The government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this pre-solicitation notice; however, a solicitation is anticipated to be posted on or before July 17, 2017. The solicitation and any amendments will be posted to http://www.fbo.gov.
