Description

The Memphis VAMC located in Memphis, Tennessee requires a contractor to accomplish a comprehensive industrial hygiene survey. Each completed survey shall provide a consistent and effective program for managing a sound industrial hygiene program as delineated by VAMC Policy 00-58. Each completed survey shall provide a means for planning, budgeting, abating, prioritizing health risks, and emergency response planning. The industrial hygiene survey shall include qualitative occupational exposure assessment and quantitative occupational exposure monitoring. The anticipated Period of Performance is 90 calendar days after the date of award. A Request for Quotation is expected to be posted on or about Friday, June 30, 2017. The Request for Quotation will be set aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. A SDVOSB must meet the eligibility requirements in 38 U.S.C. 8127(e), (f) and VAAR subpart 819.7003 and be listed as verified in the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database. It is anticipated quotes will be due on or about July 14, 2017.
