Description

SUBJECT: WORSHIP LEADER SERVICES THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) OR A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ); IT IS STRICTLY A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI), AND A CAPABILITIES STATEMENT. NEITHER UNSOLICITED PROPOSALS NOR ANY OTHER KINDS OF OFFERS WILL BE CONSIDERED IN RESPONSE TO THIS RFI. NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED PURSUANT TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. DISCLAIMER: This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. Neither unsolicited proposals nor any other kind of offers will be considered in response to this RFI. Responses to this notice are not offers and will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly. Responses to the RFI will not be returned. At this time, questions concerning the composition and requirements for a future RFP will not be entertained. SUBJECT: The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research in order to provide Worship Leader services. The government anticipates a awarding a one Firm Fixed Price contract that will provide the support services listed within the below attachment. OBJECTIVE: The services accomplished through this Statement of Work are for the monthly fees that cover services rendered to arrange and coordinate through Chaplain guest Musicians, maintain Chaplain Service musical instruments, coordinate and/or provide music for one scheduled service of worship each Sunday, as well as special scheduled and unscheduled services, such as, Saturday services, memorial services, weddings, funerals, etc., serve as accompanist to choirs, music team, and others. Worship Leader will be competent to organize and provide the full range of music for the various denominations, worshipping as part of the Veteran population. Worship Leader will maintain a cooperative relationship with the medical center patients and staff population and comply with VA regulations and policies.
