- Solicitation Amendment 02 The purpose of FBO Modification/Amentment dated 6/27/17 is to upload solicitation amendment 02, which clarifies information related to dewartering and extends the proposal due date to 7/06/17 at 2:30pm Central. The purpose of FBO Modification/Amendment dated 6/15/17 is to uploade solicitation amendment 01, which includes the pre-bid meeting notes and attendance sheet. The USDA Forest Service, Lake States Acquisition Team, announces an opportunity for the Black River Harbor (BRH) Dock Replacement project on the Ottawa National Forest. This work includes the removal and replacement of the docking system, storm drainage improvements, and other work indicated in the contract documents. The Government's estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $1 million and $5 million. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this project is 237990. The Small Business Administration size standard is $36.5 million. Contractors are required to be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to be considered for award. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis, the pending solicitation or any follow up information requests. The solicitation will be posted to the FedBizOpps website at www.fbo.gov on or about May 19, 2017. No hard copies of the solicitation, supporting documents and applicable amendments, if any, will be provided. To receive the entire solicitation package and any applicable amendments, prospective offerors must download them from the FedBizOpps website. The contractor shall provide all management and project administration services, quality control, logistical support, vehicles, labor, equipment and materials to complete the work described in the solicitation.
